I ordered a $39.95 Birthday gift for my girlfriend on Monday. The customer service rep called and told me that they were out of stock but they will have the product in stock again on Wednesday. I was very upset because 2shopper is the only company carrying this item in the US. They told me that they can upgrade my shipping from ground to next day air for free. Indeed, I received the gift for my girl on Thursday afternoon. Definitely will come back to shop again. Excellent customer service.
