I lived a nightmare dealing with Vista Verde Apartments. The rent is extremely expensive and did not get what they offered. They kept my deposit and billed for extra charges which they denied to meet with me to discuss. My letters were sent to an attorney and then to a collection agency. I will never recommend a friend to them and hope people do file complaints with the different agencies until they fix their deficiencies. In addition, I hope that the money they kept from me helps them fix their gym, broken gates and remodel the inside of the apartments. Good luck Vista Verde.
