I purchased a frame from this compnay for $4500,00. Right from the begining they sent me the wrong swingarm with the frame. During the build process of the bike there were many issues with the frame. One of the major issues was the mount for the transmission and engine were not correct. I had to pay a welder to fix the problem. I attempted to contact Steven ( owner of War Eagle ) and War Eagle a number of times through phone and emails ( about 40 times over a 2 week period ) to get this resolved but all attempts were ignored. I gave him a deadline then I was going to the BBB and still I was ignored. Once the complaint was filed he chose to ignor the BBB also. Recently I finished building the bike and attempted to register it but War Eagle did not complete my paperwork properly. I again tried to contact War Eagle through emails and phone a number of times. I finally got an email back from Steven ( owner ) telling me he refused to help.
Stay away from this company. Their customer service is horrible and I also know of other consumers who have had many issues with this company. Just look at their BBB rating and that sums it up!
I had to rate them 1 star but thats still too much
