This company is a complete scam. If there's anyone who claims to have had a good experience with them, you shouldn't believe them. They're called company "shills".
Their contract is complete bogus and full of grammar flaws. It was a poor attempt at looking authentic and legitimate.
Never ever put money up front with these companies. They have to be a licensed brokerage to be able to participate in the sales of TS. On the phone they'll claim to sell it and broker it, but in the contract and terms and conditions they claim only to market your timeshare on a poorly made website that never gets hits. Also, their website is only a year old.
They have 8 complaints on the BBB in a year.
Some above said they spoke with a Ralph Mason, but I have on record he claimed his name to be Ross Mason.
