Received a call today 8.15.2010 12;30 PM. Great pitch to start then 8% up front was mentioned. Don't they trust us sellers? Red flag. They said had sellers sitting in front of them waiting for my positive reply before going on a cruise. Said I'd think about it. Had my lawyer call 1 pm. Got recording. No reply. Red Flag. Good bye!!!! 2:30pm
