After performing an agreement with this firm they were quick to debit my account and did not give a letter of release. After contacting them they stated that I would have to wait 30 days for such a letter. In dealing other companies they forwarded a release letter the very same day. I believe this lack of good faith and a breach of their agreement is not only a breach of good faith but may be illegal in California. They use strong language in their agreements, and are obnoxious in their mannerisms while on the phone then breaching their agreements by not performing their written word which is reprehensible. I am looking for that release letter which should be forthcoming.
