TO who it may concern. Secure Van Lines was anything but secure. They managed to break damage Scratch Chip and Loose several of our items. They treated us like enemies. and there customer service left much to be desired. They took no responsibility for our belongings they managed during delivery to take a razor knife to our sectional to remove the blankets that were taped on and cut into the fabric in several areas. The delivery people scrapped our walls scratched floors and chipped stairs. In addition to the problems here they basically held our things for Ransom demanding over sixty percent of the contract. we found out about the damage and further damage was caused during receiving. after the ransom was paid.
We would suggest federal investigation into the practices of this rouge moving company...
