Santiago's did not complete all of the work agreed upon with respect to trimming and removal of dead plants. When we called to have them complete the remaining work, they scheduled a time to come out and never showed up, as well as never calling. Additionally, we hired them to do sprinkler repair, which they agreed they could do. They not only charged significantly more than they originally estimated, but they ruined our sprinkler system. We were forced to hire another company to complete the repairs because Santiago's did not reply to multiple attempts at contacting them about the problem. Out of desperation we filed a complaint through the BBB, and they responded by refusing to fix the problem.
