RTC is a scam, dont use them

I signed an agreement on 4/20/2013 to Rid myself of two(2) properties. At first, RTC was quite responsive but by September 2013 they were not. It's now June 2,2014 and no properties transferred. I'm out $5,000 and my points are locked up. I still have
maintenance fees to pay every month. I should have known better. Boy, every day I wake up I think how unethical these people are. Don't believe the 5 star ratings, these are most likely written by employees of the company.
