Great Pools !

I recently had the pleasure recently doing business with Custom Quality pools. There diligence and professionalism have reassured me that there are companies that fulfill their promises. Throughout the pool building process Jim and his team held our hands
and made the entire process a pleasure. We have never had a pool built before and my wife and I had lots of silly questions,Jim assured us no question is silly and answered every question about our new pool, we are now experts on our gorgeous new pool. From
the layout, permit process and all the choices of design, colors, coping ,tile ,finishes etc. they were all there helping us along. The office, Janine ,Rebecca,Bree and Sally were all very helpful and professional , always keeping us up on inspections and
scheduling and yes answering more questions. Custom Quality pools excavators , plumbers , electricians ,plasterers ,are all second to none, all very friendly and helpful. The pool was just recently turned over to us , Jim sent out his finest technicians to
set up our pool and dial in all the chemicals, pumps ,valves ,filters etc. Jason ,Mike and Ken are a tribute to this fine company. Many company's claim superior service , Custom Quality pools delivers on that promise. With all the pool contractors here in
Menifee I'm truly glad we went with Custom Quality pools. Human nature normally responds only when things go wrong. For this reason, I write this review to give Custom Quality Pools a big Thank You ! Outstanding Job ! We are now enjoying our beautiful pool.
