My Wife and I recently moved to our new house in San Francisco and used Puma Moving. I have to admit that I have not heard of them before but since they came highly recommended by my co-workers and one of our neighbors - we decided to hire them. Ashley, the sale representative, was extremely helpful. She was not pushy and really took the time to explain the nuances of my move. She took an inventory list of our belonging and then sent us a flat rate price which including all the expenses of the move including moving boxes and moving supplies. The price was very reasonable and fair. The day of the move went by fast. The crew showed up on time, were efficient, friendly and most important very careful. We hit some delays when two other movers used the service elevators. However, since it was a flat rate price we did not have to pay more then the estimated price - which was great. Luckily, we chose a flat rate price.
