I feel so blessed to have just stumbled upon this business. Our above-ground hot tub stopped working, and I called around to various pool repair companies. This is what I heard from everybody BUT Pool Service & Maintenance Professionals: "We don't work on above-ground spas because they are too complicated," "This is not a lucrative enough job for us," "We will come out for a service fee of $___ and an additional $___ per hour," or, simply, I would receive no return phone call. When I called PSMP I had to leave a message. I thought it would be like other places I had called and that I would just never hear back. To my surprise I got a call from Alex the next day. Within one day Jack was at my house working on the hot tub. Jack was kind and professional. We have been burned bad by other hot tub repair guys in the past, so I was admittedly overly cautious in dealing with PSMP. Jack and Alex were very accommodating as I requested everything in writing. As the other companies had told me, this ended up being a complicated job just to find the problem. Jack and Alex had to make multiple visits to my house and brought parts of our spa into their shop to further diagnose problems. With multiple visits, testing of individual parts, draining and refilling the spa, and replacing a necessary part, this whole job was finished within a week from the day they first came out. I was not charged a dime until the spa was up and running. I have NEVER received service this prompt or professional with regard to our hot tub. PSMP was a breath of fresh air. I just kept thinking it was too good to be true, but sure enough at the end of the week, they charged us an unbelievably reasonable amount for the labor, multiple visits and parts. And we now have a working hot tub.
Couldn't be more satisfied... so glad I called Pool Service & Maintenance Professionals. I would recommend them to anyone with a pool or spa needing repair. These guys are honest and take the time needed to diagnose the problem. Very informative, yet not overly chatty either. A+ all around!!!
