During shipping there was a problem (not companies fault). When I spoke to Natren about it they were very helpful and friendly.
Their product (Healthly Trinity) seems to be helping a little. I am not as diligent as I should be on taking it every day, but I do intend to keep taking it.
If you are having digestive issues I would recommend trying their product.
