NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They scammed us out of $3,000 by promising us a permanent fix on our mortgage loan and ONLY delivered false hopes. They guaranteed a rate of 3.5% or better in a 2-3 months time, well its been over 12 months and I'm sitting here looking at $12,000 in backed loan payments and foreclosure in one week due to listening to all of their advice. Also, they promised they would refund our money if not satisfied and, of course, no way they delivered on that. My mistake I made was not to get the refund guarantee in writing. Speaking of that, it was pretty much impossible to get them to send any of they're statements in an email or writing. My advice if you do decide to go with them, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! My opinion, this company is looking to make rich off helpless feeling homeowners in a tough economy. I really hope this review helps at least one unsuspecting family not lose out on their valuable money and damage their home loan in these hard times.
