Meltini Stinks

Ordered a brand new vanity with crown molding on the linen cabinet.
When my order arrived 4 weeks later, Meltini made a mistake and the crown molding was missing.
I called and was told sorry, we will order it again and in a week when it arrives, as a courtesy we will install it.
2 weeks later, I get a call to schedule install.
I take the entire day off to be there for install.
The end of the time window, and no show.
I call to find out where they are and I’m told that they will call the installer to get a status and call me right back.
½ hour goes by and no call back.
Next day owner Chris calls me back and informs me that they will not install it.
Meltini sucks and lies and is unreliable in their service skills and has no desire to rectify.
I will never use this company again.
My advice is that nobody takes a chance and finds themselves in a similar situation.
There are plenty of other companies to choose from!!!!
