Do not do business with this company. They are NOT professional movers and are NOT members of AMSA. AMSA has their attorney's looking into the fraudulent use of their association's logo. Company operates under several aliases. Looks to be family run business that possibly hires undocumented immigrants to transport goods in Budget, U-Haul, etc. trucks. Company does not have moving vans or trucks. The office does very little to help you. The responsibility for dealing with the drivers falls to you. When furniture was picked up, 2 people were sent (and they were 4 hours late). Only 1 person did the work, while they other did the "paperwork." As a result, it took twice as long to pack. At delivery, again 2 people, but one was the girlfriend of the driver and could not assist. Drivers speak very poor english and are rude and difficult to understand. When trying to obtain reliable delivery information, the driver hung up on me. The driver told me my delivery would be made at a certain time and failed to ever show up. Driver did not call the next day. I had to call the office who could not give me definite information as to when delivery would be made. They are unreliable with their time schedules. They are consistently late. They add charges not previously agreed upon. $750 is false advertising. You must pay driver before they will unload. I filed a complaint and the company will not respond. Their Better Business Bureau rating is an F and they are NOT accredited with BBB. Pay a little more and hire a reputable company.
