This is a good place to get sprinkler parts and design, but the customer service is horrid; staff in general do not know answers to questions and in general do not help customers. Last week when I was there, I purchased 25 feet of drip tubing, but when I got it home, it measured only 22 feet. And when I was paying for the purchase, the employee just looked at the computer screen for about 5 minutes trying to figure out what to do; when I asked if there was a problem, he FINALLY asked another staffer to assist.
