I signed in to contacrt wiht this company in April of 2002. I cant wait until 4-2009 when chargebacks will be taken off my credit report. This company does not give you all of the information needed, and provide false information. It will damage your credit for the next 7 years. I had a large creditor sue me and put a lien on my house. Homeland never privided legal services as stated and I was screwed. I wish that I would of taken out a home equity loan and we would of been fine, but was advised against that, and I believed them. Stay away form this company. If you are having difficulties paying off high interest creditors call the creditor first and ask to lower your finance rate. (This is somewthing I learned after the fact and it really works). Also after numerous complaints we did receive almost all of our money refunded, they can do it after alot of persistance and pressure.
