I rented a house in Huntington Beach, CA. The house was beautiful and advertisements were largely accurate. However, my dealings with the company were quite the opposite. I paid a deposit for reserving the house 5 months before the scheduled rental. I left the house clean and orderly and was promised a full return of my security deposit. After another 2.5 months after renting the house and hearing a million different excuses, I received my deposit. In the interim, they sent a check that bounced and I still have not received my bank's penalty fee for bounced checks from them. They had my security deposit ($1500) for 8 months for a property that I rented for 1 week. Not worth the aggravation. Their policy is to return security deposits within 21 days!
