I placed an order with freshmarine.com for a juvenile queen triggerfish. Approx. three days later, I received an email stating they were out of stock and they refunded my money. I attempted to call them before placing the order to try and avoid wasting time in case they were out of stock and they would not answer the phone nor return my call after leaving a message. I ended up going against my better judgement and ordering from them anyway which was obviously a mistake. I have also read several reviews since then about people paying for livestock and never receiving it. The BBB also gives this company an F since they have had so many complaints. This company is a sham run by people who obviously do not care about customer service. My advice is NEVER order from them.
