I called Robert Brown to complain & he did nothing except to tell more lies. He then informed me that my stuff was being delivered to Portland & being placed in storage because I wasn't ready for delivery. He never called me to let me know that this was going to happen & I only found out after he said it was on the truck. I tried to contact him agian to let him know to deliver it to my house after borrowing the extra money. He never acknowledged or returned my call. He has been very rude. The reason they didn't want to deliver it to my house is because I wanted a reweigh, unable to believe that my small amount of furniture weighed just under 3,000 pounds. They have made it impossible for me to contact Ben Abraham to inform him of what has been going on. They aren't contacting me about how or whre to pick up my belongings. Do NOT USE THIS MOVING SCAM COMPANY I am filing a complaint with the Consumers Protection Agency too. My items have multiple damage and missing parts!! Ben Abraham pretends to be someone else when you try to reach him! They are CRIMINALS
I HAVE INFO THAT THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY ARE FAKE! POSTED BY THEIR EMPLOYEES SEARCH OTHER REVIEW SITES FOR THESE CRIMINALS AND YOU WILL SEE HOW AWFUL THEY ARE!!!

My final bill was marked 40% higher than estimate the salesman Burt was nice Robert Brown does nothing to help, rude & unprofessional & a liar.
