I recently ordered a dress for my birthday from FashionJunkee.com. When I received it, it looked nothing like the picture. It was actually terrible. The picture showed a banded bottom, there was no banded bottom...and the material looked and felt cheap; not like in the pic, where it appeared to be a flouncy cotton material. I paid $32 + shipping and handling for something that looked like I could have gotten at a local flea market. I sent the item back the next day. I am currently waiting for my refund, but judging from the amount of complaints about refunds, I shouldn't get my hopes up.
Also, another issue I have with this company is that on the website, there are items that they have listed, but they don't give you the option to place it in the cart. I emailed them about it (since they don't offer a telephone number for customers to call....which is another issue that I have with this place) and they said that they are sold out of the item. If that is the case, they should take it off their website or put a disclamer by it letting us know that the item is out of stock, backordered, or whatever. And they need a customer service number! I don't like having to email important questions about something that I am paying money for. But being that a friend of my ordered from there before, I went ahead and did it. Overall, I am very frustrated with this website and I will definetly NOT be referring it to anyone else.
