I'm not surprised one bit by the other poor reviews. The manager Melanie Harbers (yes I got her full name to write to the owners) has either got to be out of her mind or on drugs. Never have I been treated more rudly at an establishment in my life. I was
there with my 13 year old nephew and he asked if we could leave because she had yelled at him during two different climbs (he has a disability and it was taking him longer to get up and there were people waiting), yes she yelled at him to hurry it up or get
down. The safety video was beyond horrid and was actually a waste of time. You couldn't hear or see anything on the 20+ year old tv. The equipment was dated and the straps were in need of replacing (extremely dirty with sweat which will in time break down,
some of the straps were questionable in terms of integrity). I will never be back here again. Don't waste your time or money!
