Don't go with these guys. Greg is the owner. He promised to replace my system and I thought he had quoted a decent price. Then he said the install would be on a certain date and he just never showed. I then waited the entire day, and no call. I reached out to him and no answer. I left several messages. Then he finally called me back several days later just to tell me that he was not done with his prior job. But he could not call or stop by my house? Then he again promised to come out a few days later. And what do you know. He no called no showed again. How rude can a business owner be. I called him and left several polite messages giving him my phone number several times on each message and 2-3 days later again, no call. I finally reach him for him to tell me the same exact excuse, "he was still wrapping up his prior client." he then said he would be out on Tuesday. I'm not sure why I believed him, But I took his word for it. Tuesday came and NO GREG. Greg says he doesn't need the internet and all of his business comes from word of mouth. Well, I wanted all of his current and future clients to know who Greg is, Just in case anyone wants to do the research on how he treats his so called clients. As for his work, He has done any, so I cannot say. But if you are looking to work with a solid business that does what they say they are going to, then Greg the owner of Capistrano Pools is not the person for you.
