This company quickly and free of hassle (or charge!) got me instructions for my old thermostat when another company told me they no longer supported the unit! I was about to purchase another thermostat because I was unable to change the times. This was like getting a discount on a repair bill! I'm very impressed with both Rita and Patrick (time for a raise for you two). I had to laugh out loud at the difference between this company and the other I called, it was like night and day! Thank you Patrick and Rita you have restored my faith in the human race!
