To start I was misquoted by rep Joseph. They gave me a quote then when they came to pick things up it was twice as much. They delivered my stuff later then the assigned day and when they finally did I had a file cabinet damaged. A couple boxes that were clearly not taken care of and my king size box spring was missing. How do you misplace that? Also, the customer service is terrible. They never answer the phone and you rarely get a call back. At all costs avoid using this company. They give you a cheap quote then charge you more when they are there. At that point you probably have no choice but to use them because you have no more time.
