This is a bait and switch comapny. Excellent Sales Department but poor company office staff and policy. Our agreed upon moving costs increased over $400.00 even though I was assured my items were researched on web and weight and size were confirmed. One item was so severely damaged that their insurance paid less than value. Pictures showed my item in the truck with heavier items stored on top. I had a mower and the steering column was bent. Submitted claim and told they have 6 months to settle even though their insurance company approved claim. They never answer nor return messages.
