Company promised me a flat rate for my move, and that was not the case. The company was 4 hours late for the move. Once there they explained to me that I was being charged for three works, once I requested 2, and once I told them I requested 2 they said, " well you got three". Then I was told that I was being charged extra for my televisions, glass, mattresses, and tape that they use. I was "informed" that they would work faster if I gave them tips. I requested 2 closet boxes and they only brought one because there previous move ended up taking more than they thought. During the moving process they broke my bed and entertainment center. They told me to take it up with there claims department. Here I am at 105 days after still with an unresolved claim. Originally thought I was paying 350, ended up paying 500 with broken furniture.
