3 Day Blinds has provided me with the WORST custom order experience of my life. The sales rep who visited my home wasn't familiar with the ins & outs of the products she was peddling. Her promises of how the entire order/deliver/installation/warranty process functions were false. Unfortunately when the time came for things to be monitored/audited, the sales rep got defensive and blamed things on both the corporate office and me. Emails to customer service go unanswered. Contacting their customer service line can take HOURS due to the 'minimum 8 minute wait' which is more like 40 minutes! Constant excuses about software/telephone problems from everyone at any given moment are clearly bogus. Voice mails are not responded to AT ALL. Verbal promises are empty. They've got you over a barrel since this is a national company with no local showrooms (just independent contractors who visit your home). I didn't even get what I ordered; fixing the order is a nightmare; a refund? Forget about it! Save yourself the grief and make the rounds to shop locally from a company with a showroom and all in-house staff (all sales, delivery, installation, repairs, etc for 3 DAY BLINDS are OUTSOURCED to independent contractors).
