called 3 day blinds, scheduled appt. Time came and went..no designer showed. Called again, made new appt. never showed, I called and made one more, they said they would give me 15% discount for my trouble. I fell for it.
Designer finally showed. We went with woven wood blinds. ( expensive) installer calls 4 weeks later!!! installs blinds...THE MEASUREMENTS ARE WAY OFF!!! I tell them to take them down. Call 3 day blinds and they give me the run around for 4 weeks. Still trying to get my money back!! Horrible customer service. Scott Mendez, the VP sales and customer service can not be reached! I am currently taking this company to court for a refund of 1040 dollars.
