On July 22nd a design consultant came to my home and measure my window for a new blind. At that time I paid $489.13 so the blind could be ordered. I also had to sign a document for the blind. I received the blind on July 26th and removed it from the package. I then realized that the cord retracts the blind is on the wrong side of the blind, facing away from the wall where it will be mounted. I have called 3 Day blinds on 7/29, 8/03, 8/06 and 8/08. Because I signed a "contract" 3 Day Blinds refuses to change my blind for a blind that has the cord on the inside (wall area) of the blind. Instead all the customer service representatives’ states is that I have to accept the blind as is, which is no use to me. I have no experience ordering a blind, that’s why I used 3 Day Blinds, they send an “Expert” to your home for free to help you with the order, this person should know what side of the blind the cord mount should be located, not me! I have requested several times to have the cord mount reversed, and have been notified that I can order a new blind, but no replacement blind had been offered.


Do not use the company!!!
